Founded by coffee specialist Romain Berton, the service is built on 10 years of hands-on experience, including years as a Barista and at the Harrods Roastery one of the UK’s most demanding coffee environments. During his time there, Romain led barista training and coffee quality development across Harrods outlets, helping teams consistently reach high standards in flavour, workflow, and service.
He has developed signature coffee recipes and flavour standards in collaboration with Dior, Prada, Jimmy Choo, Studio Frantzén, World Pastry Champion Angelo Musa, and many Harrods cafés and restaurants. Today, he brings that same level of quality and discipline to independent businesses.
